Fix status display type 2 transitions (ticket 293)

Route remaining input to the selected display immediately and preserve
cursor positions across status display changes. Keep retired status
parsers alive until active writes and nested macros return, and release
status subterminals when their owner ends.

Add six regression tests and strengthen direct status-parser cursor
coverage. All 323 terminal tests pass normally and with ASan/UBSan, and
the SyncTERM build succeeds.
